Christian Luse and Olen Berthold founded Saint Louis-based Arch Aviation in 2018.  After observing the business aviation status quo over many years as professional pilots, the duo was unhappy with the trend. Olen and Christian noticed a climate that didn't foster the joy and freedom that owning a private aircraft should. As a result, they created a concept and culture that focuses on this rewarding experience.
